We build a confidence threshold and a review queue into anything that touches money, customers or compliance. Most documents pass straight through; the rest get a few seconds of human attention on a screen designed to make that fast. If a task has fixed rules and structured inputs, we will build conventional automation instead — it is cheaper and more predictable than a model.

We sit with the people doing the work and follow one real job from the moment it arrives to the moment it is closed. We record every point where information is re-entered, re-checked or waited on. Nothing is designed at this stage.

Not every step deserves software. Some should be deleted, some automated, some left with a person. We separate those, size the effort, and identify the smallest piece of work that produces a real operational change.

The data model comes first because it determines what the system can ever do. Then the interfaces, designed around the few actions each user performs most often — not around a feature list.

The central object — job, order, shipment, request — is built and made usable early so the people who will rely on it can react to something real. Work is released in stages, each removing a specific piece of manual effort.

The common factor is an operation that has outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected software.
Do we need to replace our existing systems?
Usually not. A large share of our work sits alongside systems that stay exactly as they are — connecting them, automating what happens between them, or building the one missing piece. Replacement is a last resort, not a starting position.
How do projects usually start?
With a conversation about a specific process that is causing friction, followed by a short discovery exercise where we map how that process actually runs today. From there we can size the work honestly and recommend the smallest first stage that produces a real change.
Can you work with the software we already have?
Yes. We integrate with ERP, accounting, e-commerce, CRM and warehouse systems through APIs, databases or scheduled file exchange. Where a system has no API at all, there are usually still workable options — see our article on API integration.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Systems that are used daily need to keep changing. We offer ongoing maintenance and development retainers, and we also take over systems built by other developers after an assessment.
